Gem Awards Inc, operating as ldsmissionarybookstore.com personalizes items.  Each personalized item will be given the careful consideration of skilled engravers.  Sizing, Fonts, and Spacing will be left up to the Engraving Specialists.

By clicking “I verify the above Spelling” on your order form you verify that the engraving entered into the engraving fields is spelled how it will appear on your personalized item.  Gem Awards will not contact you for clarification on spelling of Names, Countries, Missions or other “Commonly Spelled Words.”  Engraving will be done directly from your order form.

Returns are not accepted on Personalized Items. However, we do know when we make a mistake.  If something was accidentally misspelled by our engravers, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
